If you recently purchased a domain name and have it hosted on a web host. You should have also pointed the domain name at your web host's DNS servers as well. If you did that then it can take up to 72 hours for your domain name to propagate over the internet. If it is a dot com name then it will be done within 24 hours.
Until the name is propagated you can probably access your website via the IP address assigned to you by your web host and you can also probably access your hosted account via FTP through the IP address as well. This will allow you to upload all your web files and folders to the hosting account prior to the domain name propagating. However keep in mind if the links in your pages contain your domain name they will not work until it is propagated.
The index page on your hosting account is the page you will overwrite for your home page. It currently is probably only a comming soon page for your domain name.

Anyways, yes, do provide some more details on what you've already tried and someone will be happy to try and help you out.
Maybe you just purchased a domain (i.e. with a registrar like http://www.godaddy.com) and you don't see it yet? Give it a few hours, at least.
You also have to have hosting for your domain. Try going to http://www.stokia.com and setting up your free account there, to start out with.
If you had a domain running and it's no longer there, maybe you need to renew it?

You have to buy domain from namecheap,
buy web hosting from http://aplis.net/ and then design your website.
