He says nothing's wrong, but I'm not sure...Could it be a sign of something serious?

Your friend need to see a doctor soon. There are so many things that can cause this! Many could be nervous system problems! Go soon. The sooner the better

Yes it could be something serious like warning of a stroke coming. It could also be just a visual problem like floaters, or cataracts. Anything that blurs your vision is serious because it can cause you to have an accident.

You bet it is serious, any time your vision is blurred that means something needs to be checked out ASAP. Tell him to stop fooling himself and see a doctor right away.

has your friend been checked for diabetics? if not he needs checked. diabetics if not treated can lead to blindness and other stuff. if it isnt diabetics he needs to call his eye doctor. i hope he dont drive!!!!!
