In Germany, yes. In the US, no.

However, people will view you as a drooling half-wit or a Nazi Party fascist if you publicly espouse this view.

It's not illegal but certainly borders blasphemy. Based on witnesses and films, the Holocaust is as true as the genocides of Armenia, Dar fur, Cambodia, and others.

No, you have the right to say anything you wish as long as it does not pose an immediate threat to others (shouting "fire" in a movie theater is illegal) but I will say that there is overwhelming evidence that this statement is false.

Not in the USA however, you will be ostracized for it which is wrong. There is plenty of documentation that it happened, so people don't need to be so offensive/defensive about it.

Remember, more Russians were killed than Jews and percentage wise, more Gypsies were killed than Jews, but nobodies' building monuments to Gypsies or Russians killed by the Nazis.

The war is over and for me, what is important to remember about the "holocoaust" is that Humans of all naitonalities and cultures are capable of doing what we can call "evil" to other humans. Only by stainding up for the decency and the "goodness" that we are also capable of, by quesitoning governments that claim they are doing "God's will" or who claim another culture inferior or evil, can we prevent another such tragedy.

Unfortunately, Israel is claiming that the Palistinians are evil and inferior and use that to justify thier elimination and so history repeats itself - not using the same horrible methods that the Nazis used, but newer, more "acceptable" methods that South Africa once used. Stand up for human decency!

Pretty much should be.
You ask someone who lived In Germany..or was Jewish in Germany during the holocaust, it it really did happen, and they will slap you.
So I would just agree with what you learned in History class and believe it did happen.
And it did ruin many lives and kill many people.

Pretty much, yes. They will maraud you endlessly for it.

Any important person is not even allowed to mention that concept as even so much as a historical dispute, even if they don't mean it as vulgarity. It still shouldn't be mentioned if you value your livelihood.

(Oh, and in Germany it is actually literally illegal to do that.)

Well in the best country on earth, you can say almost whatever you want. It's called freedom of speech. It kicks ***. But if you're in some crappy country, I don't know.

In Germany and some other countries (I believe France too), it's illegal.

In the US, it would be protected under the first amendment.
