Where do you live? The majority of Disney casting is done in Los Angeles. What you can do before trying to get there is branch out from church. Get into acting classes, voice lessons and dance classes. Look into auditioning at community theatres, then try adding student and indie film roles to your resume. Once you've had a good bit of training and have several roles on your resume, try getting an agent. If you're not in Los Angeles, the chances of getting a Disney show aren't great but you never know if they might be fimling in your area and decide to cast a role or two locally. 99.9% of the time it won't happen without an agent. The other answerer gave you links to Alan's blog which is the only place I know of to get legit info on Disney's open casting calls. Do not answer any ads from companies like John Robert Powers claining to get you auditions with Disney because their false come-ons for overpriced worthless classes.

you can get audition info from backstage.com & actorsaccess.com and your state's film alliances, commissions, etc. Do a websearch for your state's name and the word film and search the sites that come up.

To get a legit agent, you really need to have the training and resume first. It really helps to have industry referrences so netowrk while you train and work on projects.

good luck

Well, you should start off by getting an agent.
That's pretty much the only advice I have.
Maybe contacting Disney? But yeah.

if you're good looking, start modelling. (image is everything after all). either that or just go to a lot of auditions and increase your visibility incrementally, moving from local stuff on up.

if you're really convinced of your worth, move to california, get people, and have your people call their people.
