I went to a very flash and unique Japanese Restaurant one time where I decided to try the live baby jelly fish. Put it this way NEVER AGAIN. They stung my tongue. $150 for that dish alone - boy my ex-husband was a total idiot about trying weird food.
I ate puffer fish in Japan and that was fine - I am alive! Don't eat jellyfish please.

Any fish that is still on the bone. I'm paranoid about swallowing a bone, so I take miniscule bites and chew each one slowly several dozen times until it's reduced to a paste. Not terribly pleasant.
I also loathe most things that are considered "sushi". The thought of squid/octopus is revolting, as are the slimy things.
I love the mainstream "normal" stuff, like tunafish, shrimp, and lobster.

I don't eat anything that used to swim, or live in water. Seafood is so nasty to me. I can't believe anyone would eat anything that smells like fish. Looking at it makes me want to puke.

I won't eat anything with suction cups on their body.
I've seen them in the chinese buffet Seafood Delight.

Probably ikura (salmon roe), uni (sea urchin), opihi (limpet) or mentaiko (pollock roe). Other than that, I love seafood!
Best wishes!
