LOL, just take your crappiest, hole-ist clothes, don't shave for weeks, and get some make-up to make you look dry and chapped (if not already) and go for it. Get mismatched clothes and a ski cap, lol.
On the upside, I want to be a rich socialite for Halloween, lol. Naw, I bought a princess tiara that didn't fit 2 years ago but I did nothing for the costume since I am poor so, I'll wait to really get a costume when I can afford it, lol.
And take a tin can to show off a beggar side of you.

i know its no funny to be homeless
but.....
you could push a shopping cart about
carry a cup and shove in ppls faces
hold a sign with a funny saying like in bruce almighty:
maybe have a dog
but dont forget homeless is a funny thing!!

wear clothes from the 90's that are a bit tattered and dirty, grow a beard and wear a beany. dont forget to carry a trash bag full of empty soda cans
