please any advice on femcon fe?

is anyone on the bcp femcon fe, i just started it, any side affects from it?

I am on Femcon Fe right now and have not had a lot of problems in the time I've been on it. The only side effect I've had but it could have been related to one of my other medicines is a bit of breakthrough bleeding.
