ON, a small light or the TV anyway... How else can I scan the ceiling for spiders, immediately investigate things that go bump in the night, and ward off any serial killers that might be sneaking up on me??? ...My mind is WAY to active to try and fall asleep with no light on. I'd drive myself crazy in about 5 minutes!!!

I sleep with the lights off and the door shut...the only reason why I'd sleep with the lights on would be if I had seen a scary movie before going to bed...

Yes, I sleep with the lights off because I close my eyes and do not see if the light is on or off but I believe it is off because it is very dark.

I can actually sleep with the lights on or off. However, I'm noticing that with my insomnia, it's better to sleep without the lights on.

Lights are OFF ... that is the ONLY way that I can sleep.
