why can't we fire those appointed or elected officials who swear to uphold the Constitution and yet they make decisions based on their religious brain washing? It is disturbing to hear a military General of our armed forces saying he would react to a situation in accordance with his religious upbringing. Isn't this a dangerous means to disregard sound reasoning in the face of an ultimate crisis because someone's religion prevented them from taking the necessary steps to ensure our safty?

I read that there are laws "on the books" that make it illegal for congress to pass laws against the goodwill of the people, but unfortunately for us, those laws are not enforced. We can't do anything because we don't pay the state and city law enforcement agents. It seems the corporate controlled governments do what ever big business wants, so "the people" are SOL. Hang on tight, if it keeps on raining, the levy gonna break!!!

Obviously you have no concept of what the Founding Fathers CLEARLY used as a basis for what guided them...Read the Declaration of Independence and the references to God in it. You cannot inject morality into decisions if you are a secular humanist.
