What is a cheap and easy way to kill the lawn weed Bindi.

I have read the labels of weed killer and they all say for use on bindi but they also say they kill broad leaf grasses which is the grass type we have.

Is there a way to kill them without killing the grass as well?

Jeepers Christmas, I thought you were referring to Steve Irwin's kid.

grab a paintbrush and paint it on the bindi only.

i have the same problem - bindi in the lawn but also have buffalo (and guinea pigs). the weedkiller will kill the buffalo and i don't want to use weed killer over the whole lawn anyway.

i read in some sort of gardening mag (probably better homes and gardens) that this is an option you can use under the circumstances.
