Upon purchasing your unit it comes with a software install first its driver and take note of your model of your blue tooth.
After this, insert your blue tooth on your USB drive wait tell it recognizes your hardware detected and is ready to use.
Just like flash disk but the difference is it could reach your computer 3 blocks away and careful on contaminating to a virus. Its also sensitive.
Take my advice scan first your blue tooth upon inserting. make sure you had always check it with a good antivirus.

it should be on if you have it. most don't have bluetooth. mine does and it's 4 yrs old.
if you need to find it goto control panel/hardware
