There was a young, pretty black woman who worked at a movie theater in Louisiana who had a mass of cloud-white hair. I figured it was just a wig or weave only to find out from one of her co-workers that it was completely natural and she had possessed as a child. Why would this happen? I've seen a couple of prematurely gray heads but never someone with her hair color. She also had an odd eye color too. Could it be a condition? Maybe an odd form of albinoism? Just wondering.

Sorry I wrote so much. This woman was just so magnificently beautiful and unusual that I have been asking everyone about what could cause that.

As I understand genetics, you are describing a case of piebaldness, an extremely rare condition and probably a combination of recessive genes. Albinoism would have caused red eyes (in terms of iris color) and pink-white skin due to absence of pigmentation; that is not the case. The odd eye color is potentially related to the piebaldness.

Who knows why anyone does anything they do. She might thinks the way she looks is great. It could be prematurely grey hair, I have a friend who is black and her hair started to change to grey when we were in High School, and colouring it, is really hard on the black communities type of hair.
Her eye colour, may have been contacts ... They could be natural too

Talk to your science teacher about Mendel's experiments. It is a unique form of gene transfer and albinoism mutated from mingling genes with anglos. I'll bet she is quite beautiful. Vanessa Williams seems to have blue eyes. Have you noticed?

Some folks in my family went gray as early as 16.
She could use a rinse on it to keep it from turning yellow (which naturally white hair does in the sun) and that seems to give a blue-ness to the white (whiter than white so to speak)
Contacts?

This is going to be a silly answer... maybe she was dropped on her head when she was little? I had a friend who was dropped on her head and she developed a gray patch (almost white). Also she could of had some sickness that affected the way her pigment was. That can happen with peoples teeth (really sick as a child and grow up with a lot of tooth problems).

She was probably mixed with another race. My friend is black and his girlfriend is white, and they had a daughter with red hair green eyes, creamy white skin and black features..She too is very beautiful. it just goes to show you that when you mix any race together beautiful things can happen!!
