I'm sending an old vacuum tube radio Priority Mail, will the air pressure on an airplane damage the tubes?

No, It's called a vacuum tube because there is nearly no air inside. The air pressure on a plane is lower than the pressure at sea level. So the pressure on the bulb will actually be reduced in flight not increased.

No, but the handling it receives might, if not well packaged.
