If you're a smart shopper you go to several like I do. I get better quality meats and produce at grocery chains. I get better deals on frozen food and packaged items at Wal Mart.

I never, ever go to Walmart. I grocery shop at a grocery store. For other things like cleaning supplies and paper products, I go to K-Mart or Dollar General

I hate wal mart, anymore there are no good stores, at least not around here. But i have to go to wal mart if i have to , because its the only close place to shop near us.

I go 2 Vons or Albertson's (in Bakersfield, CA), which r actually closer 2 home then Wal-Mart. I do buy my CDs (if I prefer the "genuine article" w/ cover art & liner notes over burning downloads onto a CD) there 'cause it's so much cheaper 2 buy 'em there then in a bookstore or a music store. Isn't that true?

I go to Lowes...while Walmarts groceries are cheaper I tend to buy more there. I can get anything I need and half of the things I don't need. So I stick to local grocery stores and I don't spend as much.

I personnally avoid shopping at Wal Mart whenever possible for moral reasons but I've also heard bad things about the quality of their meat and produce compared to other supermarkets.

Yea, I'll go to "Mom and Pop" stores for the variety.
Surprisingly, Wal-Mart doesn't have everything.

there is no Wal-Mart around where i live, so i go to real grocery stores

We are getting a Super Wal-Mart and I couldn't be more excited!! I love Wal-Mart and one stop shopping is Great (esp when it comes to the essentials)!!! : )
