the best one is that one can not change the past, because the past has already happened therefore regardless of when one goes back, he/she has already done it, which means he/she would have lived the life already that he/she has changed, therefore not needing to go back, but if he/she didn't go back it would not have changed his/her life. which creates a time continuam quandry.
