STOP TRUSTING HIM. If you can't trust even a conversation between the two of you, then next he will be breaking other trusts as well.

You need to tell him that some things the 2 of you talk about and do together should not be shared with others. And you would appreciate very much if they were kept between the 2 of you. Then tell him that it means a great deal to you and if he values the relationship between the 2 of you that he won't break that trust.

is he young? if so he is still imature and just bragging thats got to be so annoying for you. let him know that you two are a team and your relationship is sacred why would he want to tell his friends the personal things about you because he is setting him self up in alot of ways, a friend of his may be attracted to you just from what your boyfriend tell them and he may try and come on to you. thats serious he needs to stop. just dont do or say anything any more let him know you cant trust him he needs to grow up

Tell him where to go and how to get there. He doesn't sound very trusting if he tells his friends everything. You need to find a guy that don't tell his friends everything. There are guys who don't do that, I am married to one.

That should be a red flag. He's not trustworthy at all. In real love that shouldnt happen if you mark it as "Dont tell anyone Please" , and if it does..It would happen rarely depending on the conversation spoken such as where you bought your car.lol that would be considered a slip if hes recommending to one of the guys. but u get my point.

let him know that what you and him talk about is between "YOU and HIM" and if he can not be trusted and learn to keep his mouth closed then maybe you can find someone else who can

LEAVE HIM! if he cannot be trusted with your words he certainly cannot be trusted with your heart, he is obviously not worth your time.
