I give...How do you tell if someone blocked you on Yahoo Answers?

I just can't seem to find it anywhere.

When you click on the question you want to answer, and IF you are blocked by that user, you will get the following error message:

You cannot view this question at this time.

Well, as I understand it, if you try to answer a question they ask or go to their profile, you won't be able to.
