i am interesting in 3Dsmax program and i want to start to learn it but i dont know how long i can be the expert of this program, someone tell me please

Depends on how much time and effort you want to put into it. I CAN suggest this:
It will take you much longer to learn on your own than it would if you took a class in the application. A single semester in the course, along with lab and practice time will take you a LONG way towards your goal.
But expertise comes with a LOT of practice, and a single term will probably NOT be long enough to learn EVERYTHING about the software. (and EVERYTHING is what would be expected of an expert)

I've been working with 3d programs for years. This is not a week long journey. Expect to be learning for months if not years.
