I love it! No other country is like us in the world and I wouldn't live anywhere else

Just like anywhere else, it has it's good points and bad points. I wish we could be portrayed in a more truthful manner so that we are not thought of so poorly.
We are a country of vast differences, prairie states and mountains, states that have a thousand fresh water lakes, deserts and swamps and surrounded by oceans. Our cultures vary by the areas we live in as well as where our ancestors came from.
Democracy can allow for mistakes, just as any other form of government, but we live with the consequences of who we vote into office. And get to choose some one different in 4 years!
We are proud of our flag, our national anthem and will defend ourselves to the death from foreign threat while opening our arms to the same foreigners that wish to call America home.
America is young, brash, and sometimes over confident. It makes mistakes because it is still learning, but it will come to your rescue if so needed (and sometimes when not needed).
While it is not perfect, as no country is, it is still the only place I wish to call home.
