Well, I automatically assumed that this question was a way to make a joke about fasoulia and that malfouf thingy being a natural way to keep things warm in the winter...
...but...
what do I know??

Ah, Lentil soup had to be mentioned. I love soup in the winter, but I don't really have a winter here.

we do zaatar sandwiches on charcoal... not straight on charcoal.. but it's heated on it.. and we sit in our pjs and cover ourselves with a thick big blanket and watch tv... zaatar sandwiches.. hot cocoa.. and the big blanket... about three sit under it and watch tv.. soo greeaaattt :D sometimes we grill cheese sandwiches.. but using the electronic machine.. what u call it?!
And of course the lentil soup.. the lebanese stews and the fattoush and tabbouleh are throughout the year..

yes we always have tabouli and fattoush in weekends more than during the week though
some of the "winter" dishes:
fassoulia, makhlouta, shorbet 3adass (lentil soup), mloukhiyeh, moghrabieh, hreessi...etc
