Just make a shopping day and go to the mall. Try on a million things - but ask to put them on hold and at the end of the day pick up all the things you're in love with. Try different stores, even ones you don't usually go to...some stores, although they may look lame, might have a super cute top.

Ok, well the place I shop the most is H&M. It's not an american company, so they may not have it where you live, but it's in a lot of major cities like SF and I THINK New York.Just go to their website and find the store locator.It's very cute, inexpensive , and high quality.

not online but if you go to ross or marshals there all DESIGNER clothes for very cheap. which means this will save your parents money and this mean you will get ALOT more clothes. they also have shoes/sneakers/girly shoes. and bookbags, purses, ect. good luck shopping. hope this helps. ♥
