For the 70's
Try some bell bottomed denim jeans with a long, flowy top! Lucky for you, Baby doll tops are currently in fashion and they flatter virtually every body type, so you won't have to sacrifice your style! A large, bursting floral print would be fabulous. For hair, go for the Marcia Brady and straighten it pin straight. Remember to use heat protector! If your hair is shorter, try small little braids or maybe casual waves! For footwear, wedges are perfect! If you aren't comfortable wearing heels to school, try flat wedges(I know, what an oxymoron, lol)When it comes to make-up, less was more in the 70's. Try lots of dark black mascara and maybe a touch of cover-up and you're good to go girl! I love 80's fashion, so this is realllly my fort'e. Try a really flouncy ballerina skirt with lots of tulle with bright neon tights! You can purchase very inexpensive tights are Claires! Throw on some bright Nikes and an off the shoulder top, or a graphic tee! Large, Bright, Plastic, Lucite(clear) Jewels work best. To complete the look, hairspray it up and make your hair as big as Dolly Parton's! Wear a bright,hot pink eyeshadow with some glitter around the tips, winged liquid eyeliner, 3 coats of mascara, and a bit of blush to top it off! You will be the most glamorous gal in school! For one of them, take a t-shirt, and cut thin strips in the sleeves. Then put a pony bead on the end, and knot it. The strips should be between a quarter or half inch. Go rent "Girls Just want to Have Fun" great Sara Jessica Parker movie, for 80's ideas. Otherwise for 70's - Thats 70's Show.

the good ole 70's... bell bottom jeans and phesant tops.. or the tops today that has a high waiste line,.. dont know what you all call them..these days.. high platform shoes..and halter tops... wow this makes me remember the platform tennis shoes.. a band around the forhead.. in fact speaking of jeans..the bellbottom jeans, low cut are from the 70's.. they say every thing old becomes new again!! the hiking boot was in style as well..and large hoop earings..uriah heap,doobie brothers. greg allman band..and alot of other great music..and also deep purple, pink floyd, etc... awww thanks for asking this question sweetie i just had some good ole memories of the past... i will leave it there.. !!lol hugs and have funnnnnnn

hmm the 70's? bell bottoms, tie dyed anything, mini shirts with a flair to them, not the tight ones like today, fashion boots, some of the styles were a little like the hippy stage yet, but moving away from it. I can't think what was in vogue in the 80's.

okay 80's day is always like my favorite day of the year!! okay so first of all you should crimp your hair and make it really big or put it in a side ponytail. um for a shirt get a plain sweatshirt and cut the neck to make it really wide. wear either a sports bra or a tank under it and if it is really oversized just wear black leggings with colorful leg warmers and if not wear faded denim shorts or a skirt over the leggings! don't forget funky jewelry, skrunchies, converse or pumps, bright lip stick and like a crazy blue or purple eye shadow!! have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look up www.whamduran.com and get a CHOOSE LIFE t shirt,like in the wham filmclip "wake me up before you go". Wear white pants with it and fluff your hair way up. That would look so cool, and its SO 80's!
