Being that DEA regulates medications prescribed by your doctor how much do you think the DEA knows about your personal life? I would imagine that quite a bit could be learned about a person by the medication prescribed to them. Has anybody ever considered this?

Yea, I think your question is a little off. The DEA monitors drugs, but not prescription drugs, and certainly not your (and our) individual prescriptions.

I, too, would imagine that you can learn a lot about people by knowing what kind of drugs they take -- that's probably why all of those cool medical pricavy laws are around.

The DEA may know quite a bit, but I think the IRS knows even more about our... personal lives.

I'm pretty sure prescription meds are regulated by the FDA, and not the DEA.

That kind of changes your question, doesn't it?
