Of course it's illegal for you to receive it in the US, but it is not illegal for them to sell it in Holland. They will probably mark it as "botanical products" or something that's not really a lie. It might not be checked by customs, and if it is checked, it might still make it through if the inspector doesn't recognize MJ seeds. On the other hand, if it IS inspected and IS recognized, they will probably have it delivered by a law enforcement agent who will arrest you as soon as you accept the package.

Read the site a bit closer and see that the seeds will be sent in an unmarked envelope. So when it comes into the US, it will look like a personal letter - very unlikely to be checked. But still not 100% guaranteed delivery.

I am sure they know what they are doing.
1. You get nothing for your money, you can complain since it is illegal product.
2. The know how to ship without alerting customs or US mail, and you get you product.
3. You get your product from an officer of the US postal service who takes you to jail.

ha lmao.....well think of it this way....its probably legal...where ever the operate out of...and/or they could be screwing you out of ur money.....who is dumb enough to try and go after them for not sending you anything when u mailed them ur cash???? you would just get urself into trouble for ordering it??
