Ive got a couple hundred dollars saved up and i want to get my girlfriend of a year a little diamond ring with that money...where can i go? ive been to a few stores but the sales people are crazy and what are some good company websites?

try either kay jewelers or things remembered. both are pretty reasonable

Maceys ,Sears,HSN, QVC websites - then go to jewelry.
May I suggest that your girlfriend's birthstone could make a beautiful promise ring. Often there are tiny diamonds set around the main stone. And she could wear this promise ring forever, eventually putting it on her right hand finger, while her engagement ring and wedding ring will be on her left.

Woah... diamond? Wedding ring better be like 10X better than that lol. I just ignore the sale people and look around the stores, also better make sure you get her the right size!

My husband bought me a white sapphire cocktail ring. It was normally $250. and with the amazing sale they were having we got it for $62.5.
I have a friend who owns a jewelry store and when I brought it in for appraisal it was appraised for $260.
Except for my engagement and wedding rings I love all the jewelry at Kohl's. Go, shop, enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Wal Mart .com ( check out the jewelry clearance) and Ebay.com search under jewelry-rings
Both are very cheap and reasonable. Better than going to a jelwelry store. I highly recommend Ebay. Nice prices and better selection.!

Jewelry Exchange, my boyfriend got me my promise ring from there and it was actually cheaper and it is a really nice ring.

I would highly recommend going to bidz.com... you can get her more than just a little ring for that amount of money and they are really beautiful.
