I had a c-section 15 years ago and I don't know if they have changed it since than, but they wanted me to wait until my 4 week check up to make sure that the stitches had fully healed.
Don't forget that you have stitches on the inside and the outside so you don't want to do something that will cause either set to open and have to go through it again. Wait until your next check up to make sure that every thing is ok.
