almost done, and the I can kinda relieve the pain when I move forward, its kinda like a pressure. also I am spotting and I am not supposed to have my period until the 17th and I have been spotting for about 3 days now, does anyonw know what this could be? Is it a sign of pregnancy or something else?

it sounds like a urinary tract infection to me too. you'll need a prescribed antibiotic to rid it. so you'll need to go to your gyno for that!

Get checked immediately for a bladder or kidney infection! Been there, had that! Once the doctor starts you on an anti-biotic, the pain will dissipate.

You probably have a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor who will have your urine analyzed. You will need antibiotics. Go see a doctor asap so the infection does not get worse.
