I'm sorry, this questions doesn't make sense. It doesn't matter if someone is wearing glasses to be able to hear.

But, going along with the question. I would say that someone can hear anything, it's the listening that will be infected by the delusions.

I have drunk many glasses of delusion but I never wore them. When I was drinking those glasses of delusion the only truth I wanted to hear was "Yes, there's plenty of bottles of the stuff left yet."

before you speak ask that the person(s) remove the "glasses of delusion" and then speak only the truth. if the individuals removed the "delusional" glasses they will hear you.

They would hear and yet not preceive the words spoken, truth would continue to elude them. The glasses would have to be removed and obviously they chose the delusion which to them was easier than reality.
