I am planning on getting some really cute shirts for some friends. I wear both 3/4 and long sleeve shirts, but I don't know which I should get for them. It is the same design just one is on a 3/4 sleeve v neck and the other is on a round neck long sleeve. Is one more stylish than another this winter? Which do you prefer?

I love the 3/4 sleeve shirts. They're long enough to keep your arms warm, but you don't have to pull them up to wash your hands and whatnot. I think you should buy 3/4 sleeve shirts.

I wear both styles, too. I prefer the V neck to the round neck. The 3/4 sleeve is better for work, whether you work at a desk or not. The long sleeve shirts are more formal and warmer. So you should just think about what your friends will wear the shirts for.

I would personally give them the round neck long sleeve because I think it goes better than a 3/4 sleeve v neck.

I prefer the round neck long sleeve. 3/4 sleeve looks good only on well-proportioned body. When giving those t-shirts as gift to your friends, it is ok to have the same design. It is also acceptable if they are given different style depending on their body shape and size. I believe they will appreciate if you would give them the t-shirt which will look good on them and is comfortable. For those who have short neck, you may give the v-neck and round-neck for those who have longer neck.

3/4 sleeves are my favorite....but for winter I think you should go with the scoop neck long sleeved shirts. Those are actually equally as sylish if not more so. Seems 3/4 sleeve hit it's peak in '99 and is gently ebbing away. I still love them, though.

It's more common to find the long sleeve circular neck ones, ut personally i think that the 3/4 sleeve v-neck are cuter. when paired with sum necklaces or necklaces they can be very stylish which is something your friends will probably like.

I'm the same as you. I like them both.
However, I like my plain short sleeved shirts to be V-Neck; and my 3/4 and long sleeved to be crew or round neck. So I would do the long sleeved.
