This car has a rebuilt motor with about 7000 miles on it a new water pump, radiator, and I even swaped the 195 thermo to a 180 thermo. I replaced the lower air dam and yes the fan is working fine, still runs hot on hot days mostly when I run the A\C. Anyone who can tell me something I can do to fix the problem that don't involve a 400 dollar performancer radiator?
By the way the A\C does not run a head pressure!

I'been there and my friends at the Camaro/Firebird club in PR. the only solution we find is change to an all "steel" two line radiator. i use to have the same trouble in my 1980 pontiac Trans Am., and after change: thermostat, fan clutch, coolant, even the front air dam, i fix the trouble with a bigger radiator., just following the same as my friends, some of them have electric high performance fans on their cars.

i was just about to say performance radiator until i saw you dont wanna buy one. other than that dont run the a/c i guess so your not drawing all the cold air out of the engine
