Doo-wop song with a very similar melody to Dion's Runaround Sue?

There is a doo-wop song from the 50s or 60s that has a very similar melody (tune) to Dion's Runaround Sue...but I can't think of what it is. Any ideas?

I think "Shout! Shout! (Knock Yourself Out)" by Ernie Maresca sounds rather similar to "Runaround Sue".
