Yes, I always use a mousepad as it makes the mouse roll easier than not using one. Besides that--I use two different mousepads and they both have photos of my grandsons on them and I love looking at them as I am using them. :o)

Always. It's padded so it helps cushion my hand / wrist. Mouse travels faster, less drag.
