yes, every human being is emo, it is short for emotional, so everyone is emo, unless u have no emotion!
and emo is a steriotypical label, the is cliche and overly used

in response to the above, it's both a label and a trait. it's short for emotional. saying that a preppy person couldn't be emotional makes no sense whatsoever. the stereotypical "emo" people are confusing teenagers and making them think it's JUST a type of person or JUST a specific type of music.

I'm basically like you. At times I feel like the most emo person I know, but I am so "preppy".. I just think of emo, preppy, punk, nerd, geek, freak, jock.. etc.. as simply labels and not who we really are.. Because we are all a little bit of each whether we want to admit it or not.

haha..WOW. That's so immature and middle school talk. Emo is short for emotional. That can be a number of emotions. Yes,it's true..for all you teenagers out there wearing black and thinking you're hardcore because you are sad..or whatever. Labels are really immature and ignorant.
