I had made chicken stew in the crock pot

I put a pork roast in the slow cooker and put garlic on it and applesauce and apple slices and let that cook all day. Then I hooked up some cabbage (don't turn up your nose my cabbage is good!) and some honey mustard roasted potatoes.
I will have leftovers tomorrow too so that makes me happy.

Stuffed pork tenderloin. The stuffing consisted of green onions, apple, chopped walnuts, all sauteed in clarified butter, brown sugar and rice. A beautiful pork reduction sauce, and Mmmm good!
For a side we had steamed carrots, broccoli, and my famous sweet potatoes!
Desert was homemade English trifle.
I alway cook a nice meal for friends on Sunday.

Well...since it's McD's monopoly month, a Ranch BLT grilled chicken sandwich (minus the ranch and cheese), a large fries (ate about half) and a large diet coke. Got six gamepieces, though, and two bonus bucks pieces!

I love stew!
But we had a pile of people at the house for a softball 'game' and we ordered pizza for the whole crew afterward. :)

veggie burger with cheese, french fries, a rootbeer and a cigarette for dessert.
