my name has german origins (times of the roman empire)..
in german it is "Bernhard" means, "strong as a bear"
..but i have the croatian (as my family is croatian) version "Bernard", the same in french "Bernard", in italian/spanish
"Bernardo" and Brazilian "Bernardinho" (lol)...
