I believe that you are asking which university is better in sense of ranking and academia. If so, both are fine institutions that are fairly similar, for example, UCLA has a higher incoming freshman GPA but USC has higher incoming freshman test scores. In either case, you will be attending fine institutions that will only vary by your major.

I could placed California at #a million because of the fact we've USC, lower back to lower back national Championships in '03 and '04, De la Salle intense college who has the longest win streak interior the rustic, and between the ideal franchises interior the NFL interior the San Francisco 49ers. And the San Diego Chargers would be interior the entire Bowl interior the close to destiny. Then Texas at #2. you're ideal, intense college soccer is next to godliness in Texas and the Longhorns are a real 10 team interior the rustic each and every three hundred and sixty 5 days. Florida at #3 with the Gators being final years national champs. Florida State has lost its valor, yet had alot of great squads interior the ninety's alongside with Miami. Tampa Bay and Jacksonville will the two be on the upward thrust interior the destiny additionally. #4 could be ny with the Giants and Jets constantly interior the playoff hunt and Rutgers college became into the only undefeated team in college final three hundred and sixty 5 days. #5 could be Massachusetts with the Patriots' dynasty and UMASS has had some stable communities interior the previous.

UCLA is ranked higher -- but both schools are close in the rankings. USC has a few departments -- like Film -- that are superior to those at UCLA. However, UCLA wins most of the heads-up contests between departments.

My, there's a touchy little subject. They are both excellent schools, academically. If it were me (and I have been a lifelong Angelino) I would choose UCLA for location. L.A. is a dangerous city. But Westwood is considerably safer to live in than downtown L.A. The degree you achieve from either school will be equally valued, unless you're going for a cinematic career. Then, I honestly would consider USC. Best of luck!
