For peach trees. Dig the Ground in a 2X2 box. Take the example below. Dig the X squares, do not dig the G's.

Then use your seed. You have to water the seeds until they sprout, then you can stop watering, the tree doesn't need it. Please note that the tree in the center of your farm is a peach tree. (Or at least it was for my game.)
