for me it's the acne i get the week before it. i hate it!

the bleeding part
I'm on the pill which for me, means no symptoms at all - thank goodness :)

Two things:
1) The constant worry that I'm leaking...either through my pants or in some way that people can see it.
2) The fact that men claim they are so much stronger than us; yet they probably couldn't last more than 3 days with a period.

Getting it is the worst part.
I despise the acne i get the week before..ahhhh
Cant forget the horrible lower back pain >.<

there is not one single thing that can be said good about periods! I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and have never been happier! One of my daughters lucked out and had to have one when she was about 28 and she's also never been happier! Yuck to periods! And sorry to everyone out there still suffering. I still have 2 daughters in your ranks!

I'm 47 & don't get it much anymore but when I did it was horrible. I felt really grouchy, and mean. People couldn't even talk to me without me snapping at them. I used to get constipated with horrible cramps & bad gas . I craved junk food especially chocolate & chips.

Well... I'm really skinny so cramps are like being gutted by a bull for 4 days in a row, so I'll say that.

theres absolutely no good part about getting your period lol...perhaps that its a sign that you can have babies...but the rest is awful !!!!
Cramps, acne, hungry, it stinks lol, headache, back ache, moody, and it lasts too long...I hate it !!! hihi

The pain!!! As I get older (im only 22) it get much worse. I never know when they are gonna get here. And they just keep getting worse ! Back pain, cramps in my thighs, migranes, ect....
