I don't understand why people do that, if the sorry that they are saying to you is not coming from the heart than it's meaningless and a waste of time!!

i tend to apologize a lot even when it's not my fault. so, i'm probably one of those people your referring to. honestly, i don't know why i feel the need to apologize. it has become a habit.
