It has happened to me. In one case, I was very young. I accepted his "invitation" and ended up getting fired. The second time, I was more mature and already been divorced and had children and when this boss "hit" on me, I put in resignation and got a job elsewhere. I know I could have filed a sexual harassment charge but I didn't want to work there anymore, anyway.

Realize that we are all human and give them the benefit of realizing it made me feel uncomfy. If it got creepy find a way to rectify the situation like talking to a boss, jumpkicking, or filing a suit.
But honestly, if your not allowed to have work crushes, whats the point of going to work? Everyone wonders if the new person is going to be hot.. right? Right.

Turn him down. If it happened again, ask him politely but firmly to knock it off. If it happened a 3rd time, go to your boss's boss and complain. If it happens a 4th time, get the police involved and/or find a new job.

My boss is a woman and I know she's not gay. If it were a guy though, I'd be documenting everything so that I could get paid without working for the rest of my life.

I am a live-in nanny and my boss is a woman who is definitely not a lesbian. IF she were to hit on me, I would freak out. She knows that I am not a lesbian either, so I know this wouldn't happen.

I would report to the higher ups and also report to the police for sexual harassment.

Turn him down first
Give him a warning
If he persists, I would file a sexual harassment case against him!
