I would do number 4.), but not because he may be a freak. I would decline because I am married, and I think it's awful to lead a guy on in any way when there is absolutely not even a snowball's chance in hell of me returning his feelings. My husband is the only guy I accept flowers or any other romantic gift from.

I would accept the flower with a smile. I would think that was sweet and thoughtful. It would be nice to know even strangers would do something nice for me.

3. If a stranger was passing by me and offered me a flower, I would be flattered and accept the flower, thinking that was so sweet and on top of that, I would tell the stranger, "thank you". It would be one of those "acts of kindness" that I wish more of us used and more of us received daily. :o)
