when i was younger i made a bunch of dummies to sit on my front porch. a few friends and i would sit there with the dummies as if we were just apart of the scenery with masks and even little pieces of shredded news paper coming out of our sleeves just to make us seem even more like just props. Some of us put our foot up in the leg of the pants leaving our shoe on its side as if it had fallen over.
Then we would jump up and chase every one away. It got to the point eventually were people took their pictures with us and we scared the crap out of em when they were posing.

One year I dressed up as the Phantom of the Opera. Well these kids came to the door and the one knocking was a girl. I opened the door real fast and she backed up and nearly fell over the porch hand railing behind her. Was so funny. Her friends were laughing so hard.

Opening the front door last year after being pestered for about 2 hours by trick or treaters. I was wearing an African spirit mask poor little lad nearly filled his pants but his mate thought it was great

I never gave any but I remember when I was with my daughter and grandson and there was this house all decorated up and what looked like a stuff witch and when we got closer she kind of moved and said "hello"!
Scared the doo doo out of us.

I told them I didn't celebrate *lol* that was way back when I was a Jehovah's Witness brainwashed cult member. Now I just hand out treats - no tricks!

Me and my friends were the ones to hide in secret places in the haunted house at school.Some sissy fourth grader came walking by.We took him down and started to pretend that we were stabbing him with our toy weapons.He started crying for his mom.A few seconds later,we got busted.

Hide behind the wall and when someone comes out of the doors jump out and scream. It was so hilarious! My friend screamed so much!
