I think every mother worries. I sure have with all of my babies. You can't just make yourself stop. However, worry should not be excessive or overwhelming. The best thing to do is talk to other mothers about specific concerns you have and they can help put your mind at ease.
Feel free to ask specific questions and we'll help as best we can.
Enjoy your pregnancy!

From my own personal experiance the first trimester is the scariest becuase if something is going to go wrong it usually goes wrong then, in addition to this is the fact that I was constantly reading various things on pregnancy which many times made it worse becuase it would give you symptoms of a miscarriage but then tell you that it could be perfectly normal to be having those symptoms. I learned to stop reading so much and to just enjoy being pregnant. Any worries or concerns that you may have you should talk to your doctor about, it always made me feel better and believe me that is what they are there to do. After you have your ultra-sound you should feel alot better. :)

Constant worry and fears seem to be quite normal. i am pregnant again after a recent miscarriage and am terrified every time I feel a bit of wetness or pain. It is a scary time, but the odds are for you to have a healthy baby! Good luck!

I think itz normal b/c I am the same way. All I do is pray about it. Lol. I don't think anything can stop us from worrying. I'm getting better about it though. Itz a part of pregnancy. We'll know everything is ok once our beautiful babies get here!!! U'll be ok & the baby will be ok. Good luck & congrats!!!!

i am on my fourth pregnancy and have lost 2.
i still worry all the time. i think it is normal because carrying a baby is not as easy as it seems . i didn't realize the percentage of miscarriages or preterm labor until i had one myself.
its scarey but most the time everything is okay so just try to relax :)

I'm pregnant right now and I also worry about my baby. Try not too stress too much because that can be detrimental to your baby. Just talk to your doctor and be healthy and do the best you can!

It's normal to worry, but if you're really obsessing over this, you need to talk to your doctor about your anxiousness. It's NOT normal to have these thoughts be all-consuming.
