I think the Lone Star Restaurant chains used to have this. Until someone slipped and fell on all the shells and sued them!

Yes, at a Renos steakhouse. It was awful, i didnt like the shells on the floor. Just seemed unclean to me, food was good though.

At Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It is the the only place that you can do it. Singapore is known as a fine city. They will fine you for anything. If you pick a flower. That is $500.00
