ok so is th question really ho to delete files or is the question.. you're infected with malware and want to be completely rid of it?
I recommend you purchase a security suite combo (antivirus, firewall, antispyware,etc... the whole shabang) from a RELIABLE vendor (like a McAfee, Norton, etc)... and properly configure it and ensure it is setup to automatically download and install the vital virus deinfition updates. I also suggest taking the time to learn how to operate the program such as how to respond when presented with an alert.
I also recommend making sure that your system is properly hardened, that window updates are automatically downloading and installing security updates, and the same for any programs you use on a regular basis.
You may also want to look into taking a course in security awareness and basic computer maintenance.. or find a reliable, qualified technician in your area who will both secure and train you.. so that you are empowered.
These things couple with safe browsing habits and common sense will keep you above average on the security front.
As for your present problem... if you have a security suite as mentioned above and it is from a reliable vendor... I suggest you force an update on the product to ensure it has the latest definition file and perform a complete scan. You will first want to ensure that you have closed out of any running programs (all except your security suite). This is asuming that the error messages you mentioned have something to do with malware. It would be helpful if you elaborated.
Good Luck

There a several reasons why your computer is freezing. First question is when was the last time you cleaned your registry. Having a corrupted registry can cause a whole host of errors and problems. Freezing up is one of them. If you have a lot of unnecessary registry keys that are hogging up your computer resources. Your computer is bound to choke. Scan your registry with a good registry cleaner. If you pull up more than 20 errors or duplication, clean your registry.
2. Depending on your RAM specs and your computer usage. This could also be a the issue. Having an insufficient amount of free space does not allow your RAM to function properly. If you are using a lot of RAM by net surfing or other activities without enough empty space your will get freezes. You don't need to buy new RAM but you should increase your free space by removing unnecessary data and perhaps increasing your virtual memory. The below link will show you how.
3. Spyware could be the culprit, so do a scan and see if your computer is infected.
4. That last area is a hardware drivers. This could be the problem if new hardware has been added to the system. So, the drivers should still be up to date. So try the first two suggestion and see if you can get your computer to stop freezing.
Check your drivers. Hope this helps.

Ronnie S, I see that you are a NEWBIE without much experience on a computer.
So I hope you read FORENSICS good advice but should you feel you can't afford the $60 for Norton etc there is a solution.
Everyone lauds AVG but it is NOT as good for detecting viruses as people think.
The experts I know and respect from our computer club (600 members, many of them professionals) tell me that AVIRA is the best DETECTOR and cleaner of viruses that is FREE !
I think it is an ENGLISH system. In any case it is SUPER ALERT. I was downloading an innocent music title when BANG! Avira flashed up a big warning. It sure works.
And the other program for getting rid of MALWARE is:
SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY
JUST GOOGLE THAT AND BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE ONE ABOVE.
Then go to CC CLEANER and download this to your machine. It is SO easy and will remove slow-down crud in seconds.
Finally (so far this hasn't cost you a DIME) be sure to learn how to remove programs from your STARTUP and have them only work when you ask them to.
Having a lot of stuff on your startup is the thing that SLLOOWWSS down you PC more than anything.
FINALLY..... ask around and either join a computer club where you can take some lessons or if that is NOT possible at least find out the name of a relaible TECHIE, one that can fix your problems in an hour or less and charge you a modest fee of $25 or $30.
Everyone I know has a techie like I've described. I need mine at least ONCE a year.
Good luck.

it easily relies upon on what become performed. If living house windows become reloaded from scratch, such as reformatting of the device, the files are noticeably a lot lengthy previous. in the adventure that they did a restoration and cleanup, there's a small probability that an "undelete" application would properly take care of to discover and fix them.. So, it easily relies upon.. strong luck! (Backups! continually, Backups!)
