It is time for service, the smoke is caused by a slight delay on ignition, the oil comes out for a second before it lights. You need a new filter, new nozzle, adjust the electrodes, and adjust what is called the smoke. You should call a service company that specializes in oil furnaces.

This is normal, some oils will give off a smoke according to the grade, you have three grades of oil. Don't worry.
