yesterday i got a speeding ticket, and the cop immediate called me stupid among other things. I didn't say anything rude to make the cop disrespect me. I should not have been braking the law, but all that i expect him to do is dish out the punishment and let me be on my way. When he went back to his car i set my phone to record video. then he comes back with the tickets in hand, and i got him on tape callin me an idiot, and that he wishes he i would've gone a lil faster so he would've gotten more on me.

HIS greeting was "what's up dawg"
every once in a while he blinded my eyes with his flashlight as a joke.
He also made a stupid comment about buying groceries at 1:00 in the morning.

Do i have anything on this policemen?

Call and ask for the watch commander, I did that and it worked for me. Tell him you have his officer being rude and disrespectful on video.

Sounds like you got a real idiot who just likes intimidating people late at night. I would document everything, send a copy of the video and a letter listing your complaints to the police chief's office of whatever department he was from, and send a copy of that letter to the local news stations and a lawyer if you have one. Maybe he didn't cross the line, but he came very close if he was acting unprofessionally, and if the news runs with it at the least you will embarass the department. The worst that could happen to you is that you have to pay the ticket, so there is no real downside to complaining and contacting the media.

Might be enough to remove the ticket all together. If they dont want to budge, pass this information onto the news channel four, or get a lawyer. News would just eat this up.

If you look around the web, there is this guy who runs a web site called Cop Watch. email him the video.

I'd put that video on Youtube and email the link to the chief of police. A ticket is one thing, but there was no reason for the discourtesy.

I'd file a complaint. No would should be able to call you names while hiding behind a badge or the protection of the law.
