Are they 'homemade'...or are they actually certificates for candy @ a local store? I'm not sure how kids will react, but they'll probably have enough candy to hold them over for the night...and that's something they can keep and turn it in when they're desperate for that candy fix...lol. Only playin'.

No Kid and Parents alike Love them ! Where I live, you can buy Easter seal ones, for a free ice cream cone, 1 free game of bowling, free french at McDonald's, free video rental, etc. really cool things . Also, McDonald's has coupon book, so does frish big boy, etc.
A nice change from all that candy that they receive.
Plus, it's a safe one to give, parents don't have to worry.
So go for it !...Good thinking on your part !!

it be better if you give out gift certificates for an local ice cream shop. i know at Mc Donalds you can buy gift certificates good for a burger or a small french fry. they are 10 bucks a book. if you can afford that then go right ahead.

Gift certificates to McDonalds are good. Kids like to go there. Parents know their kids didn't get any nasty "doctored candy" from you.

Heck no, I like that idea. You have to go through the candy anyway. It's a lot safer.

Yeah, that's a little too much work just for a piece of candy!
Wouldn't it be easier to just give them the candy like everyone else? Duh?
