It could be hours, or it could be months -- you can check the Library of Congress (thomas.loc.gov) for a list of Bills that have passed or are pending.

Anywhere from days to years. Most likely the latter. There are many steps in the process before a vote on the bill can even be had.

IT could take days or even a year at times. depends on the bill.

It depends on if both houses of gov't agree on it and if the president agrees with it or vetoes it. It could take as long as 9 months or more pending on bill.
