In 15 days, Matthew would have built 5 walls, and Andy would have built 3 walls. That's a total of 8 walls in 15 days. To build one wall, they would take 15/8 = just under two days. (1 7/8) You can also get the answer by adding their rates of 1/3 and 1/5 of a wall per day. That comes to 8/15 of a wall per day, or 15/8 days per wall. Same answer.

I think it would be 2 days.
The average time is 4 days. That divided by two workers would be 2 days. I not positive, but I think that's right.
